What cookies are
They are small files that a website stores in your browser. They make it possible to remember information or to recognise a device. Other technologies, such as pixels and local storage, can perform similar functions and are also covered by this policy.
Purposes and consent
Strictly necessary technologies provide a function you have requested and do not require consent. Analytics and marketing technologies are only activated if you accept them. Continuing to browse or booking a meeting does not amount to accepting them or to subscribing to commercial communications.
- Necessary: serving the website, remembering your decision about cookies and maintaining security. Your decision is stored in your browser's local storage, under the key
abalola.consent, and does not travel to any server. - Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity): measuring visits, pages viewed and interactions, and understanding how the website is used by means of heatmaps and session recordings.
- Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Klaviyo): measuring interactions with ads and browsing activity you have consented to. Klaviyo may also link consented browsing to your profile to personalise communications.
Google Ads and Meta Pixel load only after you accept marketing.
Session recordings and heatmaps
Microsoft Clarity records mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and errors in order to reconstruct how a page is used. The recording is configured with strict masking: the text on the page and anything you type into any field are replaced with blocks before leaving your browser, so that we do not capture the content of the forms. No audio, video or screen outside this website is recorded.
This purpose forms part of analytics: if you reject analytics, Clarity is not loaded and no recording is generated.
Cookies that are used
These are the cookies that may be stored when you accept each purpose. The durations are indicative: they depend on the provider's configuration and on the limits applied by your browser. Microsoft does not publish the duration of its cookies in its official list; those indicated come from observed values and are reviewed periodically on the website.
| Service and cookie | Purpose | Expected duration |
|---|---|---|
Google Analytics 4_ga | Distinguish browsers or users. | Up to 2 years. |
Google Analytics 4_ga_* | Maintain the session state. | Up to 2 years. |
Google Ads_gcl_au and _gcl_* | Measure conversions and attribute them to ad interactions. | Depending on Google's settings and browser limits. |
Microsoft Clarity_clck | Retain the Clarity user identifier for this website. | Up to 1 year. |
Microsoft Clarity_clsk | Join several page views into a single session recording. | 1 day. |
MicrosoftCLID, ANONCHK, MR, MUID, SM | Identify the browser across Microsoft domains and synchronise that identifier. They are stored on Microsoft domains, not on ours. | From 10 minutes up to 1 year depending on the cookie. |
Klaviyo__kla_id | Identify the browser and associate the activity with a profile when you identify yourself. | Up to 2 years; it may be renewed when you identify yourself. |
Meta Pixel_fbp | Distinguish the browser to measure ad conversions. | Depending on Meta's settings and browser limits. |
Provider documentation: Google Analytics 4 cookies, Google Ads cookies, Meta cookies, Microsoft Clarity cookie list and Klaviyo cookies.
Accepting, rejecting and changing your mind
On your first visit a panel appears with the optional purposes switched off. Accepting and rejecting have the same visibility and the same number of clicks, and you can decide purpose by purpose. Until you choose, no analytics or marketing script is loaded.
You can return to the panel whenever you wish from ‘Cookie preferences’, in the footer, and withdraw your consent as easily as you gave it. You can also delete or block cookies from your browser's privacy settings. Deleting them does not erase the data that has already been sent to a provider; to exercise your rights, see the privacy policy.
Booking calendar and external links
Pages where you can book an audit include a HighLevel/LeadConnector calendar. When it loads, your browser connects to this provider and shares technical data needed to display the calendar, such as your IP address. The details you provide when booking are used to manage the appointment, as described in our privacy policy. Preferences set in Abalola's panel are not automatically passed to the external calendar.
The links to Instagram and LinkedIn take you to external services, where their own policies apply. This website uses links and icons, not embedded social widgets.
Personal data and transfers
Identifiers and browsing data may be personal data. Google, Microsoft and Klaviyo may process them outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. The privacy policy explains the recipients, the safeguards and how to contact Abalola, S. L. For information about consent, see the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) guide on the use of cookies.
This is a translation of the Spanish original; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
